Dovetail Shoe for Orion/Synta Type Dovetails
with 1.7" Base Width
Machined aluminum, black anodized, with a round-tipped brass retainer
bolt that securely holds all dovetails with 1.7" base width. Also has
second "safety" screw. Has center 1/4-20 threaded hole, triangular
pattern of 3 1/4-20 holes on 1.06" (27mm) radius, and two 0.336"
counterbored holes for 5/16 or 8mm bolts spaced 1.35". Outside
diameter is 3.15", 1.02" thick. M8 retainer bolt. Weighs 1/2 pound.
