Curved Vane Spiders

Curved vane secondary spiders virtually eliminate the defraction spikes
common to Dobs and Newts with straight vane spiders. These premium
spiders are made primarily of aluminum for sturdy construction and light
weight. The unique center bolt, spring, and tensioning nut make collimation
easy while allowing a large adjustment range. Vanes 1/16" thick, 1.5" wide
on Professional series, 1" wide on Meduim and Large Sizes. Vanes 1/8" thick
and 1.5" wide on Observatory series. Flat black finish. With Secondary Holder.
(mirror not included)

Collimation thumbscrews are available as an option to replace the allen screws,
select below.

A dew heater upgrade provides an insulated vane to route power to the heater,
and the secondary center hole is enlarged for heater placement. Heater not included.
