Red dot may be dim in full daylight! But great at night.
Note: Camera flash shoes were designed to mount flashes on
ameras, and were never intended to provide precise repeatable
alignment. Flashes don't need precise alignment! If you require
precision alignment, find a mounting procedure for your pointer
mount that allows some repeatability, and be prepared to align
your pointer when you install it on the camera!
