#FAS8 is a replacement 2" visual back for Synta style Newt/Dob focusers that
have 2" draw tubes with female threads measuring 2.34". Don't guess, measure
yours!
#FAS8 has a longer skirt inside the drawtube for more laterial eyepiece stablity
than the factory visual backs.
Pictured are two of the focuser styles that have the correct 2.34" ID threads.
Also pictured is the factory style visual back and 1.25" adapter, for reference.
#ADP5 is a twist-lock 1.25" to 2" barrel adapter that fits in the #FAS8 visual back
to provide precise mounting of 1.25" eyepieces, diagonals and camera adapters.
